Product Warranties
We only offer products from certified manufacturers with a proven track record for excellent quality and service. One of the greatest benefits of shopping with American Commercial Furniture is that we handle all warranty claims on your behalf. Simply contact us with information about your claim, and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to seek a resolution.
All Warranties:
- Products are covered under normal use only. Products that have been mistreated, misused, or abused will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
- Only claims made by the original purchaser for items that been purchased from American Commercial Furniture are eligible.
- Resolutions are provided by the manufacturer according to its warranty policy. American Commercial Furniture will facilitate the claim, but does not guarantee specific resolutions.
