Return Policy:

Non-custom and made to order items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.  Please reference the below brand list to identify which items are considered custom and which are returnable.  If the brand of your product is not listed, please reach out to us for clarification.

Items must be in new/unused condition, in the original packaging to be eligible return.  Assembled or partially assembled products cannot be returned.

  • Returns over $1,000 will incur up to a 35% restocking fee.  To avoid this, please see notes about samples below.
  • Outbound shipping and installation costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping to be arranged and paid for by the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error.  Refused shipments will incur a 35% restocking fee in addition to return freight.
  • ERA & Gratnells have a 14 day return period.

What if I'm testing a sample?

If you're purchasing a sample as part of a larger order, we have a friendly sample program.  Please work with one of our account executives by contacting us who will facilitate this process.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges of items but you can return an eligible item for a refund within the return period.  At any time, please place a new order for the replacement item.

When is my refund processed?

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked at the manufacturer’s warehouse.  It may take 3-5 business days for refunds to the original payment method once the return has been approved.  

Need to start a return?

All returns require authorization.  Please contact us for return instructions before returning an item. Return addresses depend on the item and your location, and are generally different than where the item was originally shipped from.
