The middle school science teacher at Eldorado Middle School in Eldorado, IL reached out to us with a problem.  They had 20 year old lab tables and service units that were worn and far beyond needing replacement, but the schools was having trouble finding replacement pieces that would fit within the tight layout and existing plumbing, while still seating the number of kids required. The original pieces had been custom built to the builder's specifications and "off the shelf" replacement items were far too big to accommodate the layout.

 

Our sales team worked with the science teacher to develop a custom casework and table plan that would accomplish what was required with the existing plumbing.  Through multiple rounds of renderings and drawings, we eventually landed on casework solutions from Diversified Spaces.  Diversified worked to modify the workstations and sink units to the required sizes.  The surrounding tables would be produced on the same production run as the workstations to ensure the wood grain and stains all matched for a uniform look.

 

All of Eldorado Middle School's products were made to order in the USA.  After 10 weeks, the products were ready for installation.  Upon completion, the school was thankful that we were able to accomplish to renovation, without the added expense of rearranging the plumbing in the classroom.
