"Shopping experience was very good, chair came quickly and was well packaged. Easy to follow instructions for assembly. I am a big guy and this chair is more than wide enough and deep enough, very well made chair. The seat foam is very soft and when you first sit down it feels very plush but pretty quickly you find that the foam has flattened out and you end up with very little padding in the seat. It seems odd that such a sturdy built chair would use such a low density foam in the seat as the seat is clearly geared for the larger individual. If the seat had just a slightly firmer foam I would give it a five star rating but I expect that eventually I will end up having to add a pad to keep the seat comfortable so that lowers my rating a bit."Comment Thank you for your feedback!
